Sorry, it's been some time since my last post.  Glad to see every one back along with some new people.  I am coming up on my one year anniversary on January 8th.  I am so glad beyond words for making this decision.  I had many rough times during this last year, but some how weathered through.  I had great help from many on this site during my voyage.  I will never forget.

If you have recently started your quit, please educate yourself and come here and blog and/or read the blogs.
