Thank you all who have sent me lovely Christmas wishes to my bulletin board, it means so much that you never forget to post lovely pictures just to keep me going. I would do the same, but I really don't know how and for the life of me, don't know where you find the time! You are angels!

I looked up my progress today - and I'm at 145 days! Time flies when you are having fun! I can honestly say now, I've had days when I don't think about smoking at all. Not many, but there have been some. And I'm working to make those into a few days, weeks, then months and years. I'm so happy to not be smoking. Tonight will be the first Christmas that I don't have to go outside with all the smokers at my parent's party.
I owe it all to the love and support and help and suggestions I received on this site. I couldn't have done it without you all. I refer people here all the time.
