First smoke-free birthday woohoo!!! 261 days FREE!!! It feels wonderful!  I took the day off work and we're going to the nearby nature refuge for the beautiful nature drive. Hopefully we'll see some awesome wildlife. My greatest wish is to see a bald eagle as I have never seen a live one.

All you who are new to this - PLEASE keep going and stay strong!!  If I can do this after being a smoker for almost 4 decades you can do it too. 

Ask yourself this question:  Which will I regret more? Quitting smoking and enduring some discomfort for a little while... or Not quitting and wishing you had when the doctor tells you about the horrible disease you have?

Think about it... just sayin.
