today is my birthday it is the first birthday in 7 yrs that i havent been a smoker and i am so proud of myself i wanted to quit by the time i turned 30 and i did it a year and a half early because today i am 29 and on the 19th i will have not smoked for 6 months which is 1/2 a year so go me woohoo i am so happy and i got my new tv 43inch samsung and very happy so the number of days as of today of no smoking is wait for it 178 woohoo
