The easiest way to lose a quit is to start talking smoking to yourself.
For some strange reason when you start saying stuff like "I really need a cigarette" or
"I'd kill my neighbor for a cigarette" you are probably heading for a cigarette.
Instead say something like "I don't do that anymore" or "nicotines a liar"
It's the same with drinking alcohol. Don't overdo it!
We all have a tipping point where logic and reason fly out the window.
If you go to a bar, take a couple of bottles of bottled water and have one drink.
