Sometimes I Forget...

When I got up this morning, I got my cup of coffee and then sat down at my computer for a while. I checked my email, and did some other things. Then, about an hour later, I realized that I hadn't even thought about my ecig. I hadn't taken any puffs off of it, nor was I feeling like I was craving any nicotine. I was a wonderful feeling, and I just sat there, enjoying it for a few minutes.

It seems as though quitting is happening very naturally for me. I'm really enjoying the new routine I've established for myself, and it's great to know that I don't stink anymore! The sneaking around is a thing of the past, and I'm feeling better and better every day I don't smoke cigarettes.

I'm excited that I'm just "forgetting" to use the ecig at times. That's speaks volumes about my level of healing from this addiction, I think. This is day 8 without a cigarette, and I will never go back to those chains again.

If there's anyone out there who has tried other ways of quitting and they haven't worked, I definitely recommend the ecig. Even though it's not "approved" for smoking cessation, I'm confident that it will be soon, because it actually WORKS. At least, it's working for me. I'm guessing that in a few weeks, I won't be using the ecig at all.
