Starting day one

Well I smoked my last cig lastnight around 11 pm.  I am feeling pretty god today so far, I am almost afraid to have some coffee.  I don't have any smokes here but the gas station is only a couple blocks away and I don't want to slip up.  I will let you guys know tonight how my day went, give me the strentgh!!! lol  Also I have no idea how to get one of those clocks that tells you how long you have been quit for.  If you guys could help me out with that that would be awesome, thanks!!
