Well it was my decision to quit smoking on my Birthday.How ever it has been now 10 days since I have stopped . It has been hard some really hard days and some easier days !!But I am determined to do it ! My aim is to be a non smoker now for life !! I hope I am able to do it !!!..Just thought I would share my thoughts with all those on this blog !!
