Well...I have been smoke free for 6 days now after my slip up.....I am unable to backdate my quit date on here, so can't have the cool clock running...oh well.
I was not thrilled about using the patches, but it seems that they have been the answer for me....not a single craving and I am not even hungry!!! Yea!!! My plan is to only use one box for each step down phase....wondering if anyone else has done this....I got this box of patches from my daughter and really cannot afford to purchase them for months!!! Praying with God's help and strength I can do it this way.
It is not even bothering me in the least when someone else smokes....just can't stand the smell!!!!! Gross!!!!!!! Anyway, just checking in.....how is everyone else doing?
