Thank You all for the comments. I will be driving 5 days a week for my job. Have lots of water and made some new CD's to travel with and sing to. I just hope nobody hears me bahahaha. I bought the patches and will start on the 22nd. They wanted me to wait 2 weeks so I can learn my triggers and how to find something else to do in place of smoking. So we will see how the week goes and go from there.
