No more Ash Tray!

I have lost count of how many days I have been smoke free. On Feb.22 it was a month. I still feel an urge once in a while, well more like a twinge. Passing people in a store I can now tell who smokes and doesn't smoke. And to think I use to smell like that and thought I could cover the smell with a little perfume or gum, NOT. It is a smell that you can not cover and just lingers around you. And because you smoke you can not tell there is a smell around you. My poor husband who has been quit for over 17 years use to call me 'ash tray'. I thought he was being overly critical. I smoked out on the deck, in the wind, or rain, or hot sun, surely I didn't smell that bad?  Well Now I know I did, I smell it on people I pass everyday and I want to say , "You smoke and I can smell it, you ain't fooln anybody."
