5:12 pm afternoon can smell cigarette smoke cant handled it no more but fight because I want quit smoking I am craving right now because friend come over cloth smell cigarette 33 day 5:24pm afternoon no cigarette just gum Today my girlfriend daughter friends come in house she smell like a burn cigarettes I started. Craving for cigarettes i grabbed. Gum but didn’t work ask my girlfriend. Spray something kill the smell so she did spray with gum my craving went way i still need learn my trigger of smell of cigarette its been 33 days 19 hour without. No cigarettes just gum please help me with my trigger cause love my new life.
I had use a 21mg patches I have question i have one more 14mg i afraid next 14mg patch wont show up what should i do. But no craving.
