hello everyone one....  had a really tough post two weeks couldn't get to a computer till now....   you do i have borderline personality disorder and I'm a cutter....   well i had a small back fall and have been in the hospital for about two weeks....   i don't think I've ever been in as bad of shape as i was mentally ever...  needless say i started smoking in the hospital because i thought it would help....  funny huh...   as everyone can tell I'm having a terrible time putting cigarettesdown....  my last cigarette was at 7pm......   let's try this again here comes day 1 over ...  wish me luck cause i need all the luck i can get....
