When you can, practice smiling...you would be amazed at how good it can eventually make you feel!  If you find it hard to smile, look at some cute pictures of babies or baby animals.  Science has proven that looking at cute things that make you go "awww"  can also release endorphins in the brain that make us feel better.  

For me, the things that make me smile are my little pets, my dog Wendy, and Hello Kitty pictures.  Yes, i look at pictures of Hello Kitty (you know how much i like her), because she makes me smile!  Anyway, whatever things make you smile, think on them often or put up a cute pic of something on your fridge.  Trust me, it will brighten your mood!
