47 days smoke free

Hello everyone,

Its been a while since I have had a chance to come here. I have been extremely buzy between work, kids, christmas, my son's birthday, my birthday, new years and throughout all this I have been smoke free!!!! I dont think about cigs as much as I used to, but yesterday when I got home and the kids were driving me crazy all I was thinking was I need a break I need to go smoke and I had to keep reminding myself No Mel, you no longer do that!! Those thoughts went away thank goodness. I know that there will be times where I will need to fight those cravings and let it pass on by.I alos need to be aware that with mhy previous quits I went back months after not smoking so I have to be very diligent at all times.

I am so proud of myself that I have chosen to quit smoking!!!!!
