Many ups and downs on day 3 as a non-smoker but I made it through!
Looking forward to having some time under my belt and having these strong and frequent urges slow down, calm down....
Some positive things about being smoke free. 1. I don't reek of smoke any more. 2. I am noticing that I have a bit more energy without all of that carbon monoxide and all of those other nasty chemicals in my blood. 3. I am learning to cope with life and emotions without a cigarette.
