Is my body telling me something? Since I quit smoking two weeks ago, I have had a pain in my left shoulder. It has moved around a little but definitely persistent and nagging. It feels like a pinched nerve. It started in my left shoulder left neck area and has migrated into the left shoulder and rotator cuff, AC joint area. Am I trippin"?
