Well today was my first day,  it hasn't really been all that bad.  The toughest time seems to be right about now because I have some free time on my hands.  One good thing is I don't smoke in the house and its really pretty chilly out there right now, so that helps.  I'm really going to give it my all this time,  I really just have to do it
