and yes i have cravings sometimes, but i have been determined to not give in, and i havent.  i keep reminding myself of all the things i've read, and it helps.  always when im angry do i want one...its the i dont care attidute.  but then i remind myself...that i do care,,and its only the addiction talking.  i have stress..as we all do, and like all of us...smoking a cigarette will not change, or reduce our stress in any way.  As a matter of fact-a big source of my stress is feeling like there are not enough hours in a day to accomplish all my tasks..yet, i actually have SO much more time than before i quit smoking...so much useless time was spent getting, smoking, or finding ways to sm,oke...what a relief to be free from those chains...as always i am on guard to the next crave..lurking around the next corner...so good luck to all you non-smokers, and to those who havent quit yet-it's so doable...you just have to do it, and stick with it..tell that nasty addict living inside us to shut up..because knowledge is power-and one thing ive learned form thiss ite, is i now know better to listen to the voice in my head when it starts rationaliing and such..ive learned to distingusih between myself and the addict still awake inside.....ive stopped feeding it..hoping it dies of starvation!! HAHA
