Share your quitting journey
GOAL: I am to cut down my smoking by 1 cig a day, per week....in six weeks I'll be down to 10 a day, I'm at 12 a day now...who knows, I may quit all together..
Living with 3 non-smokers, I'm expecting this to be easier than if living alone. We listed 3 things we wanted to accomplish within the first 6 weeks of 2010. One of mine is to quit smoking. 01/03/2010 is the 1st day I'm tracking my cigs...
I'm afraid to gain weight...Must keep busy with something...Maybe I'll get a latch-hook to do.
Cigs are my friend....they're there when I'm feeling happy, sad, nervous, anxious, afraid...I'm 57...everybody says quitting is the hardest thing they've ever done...not real reassuring...
