Ok ....tonight is 7 days ago that I had my last cigerette....Thank you jonescarp for your encouragement. Thank you strudel for the book referral....I have been reading it all week and I must say it is the BEST I have read or tried about smoking....This book did it for me! I can say I AM A NON'SMOKER NOW! The first day was hard because of the little withdrawal from the nicotine monster but after that I have been doing pretty good. I feel better and breath better....I,m not sure what my heart knows what to do with all this oxygen...lol.
