I woke up this morning well rested and ready to take on a new day. As I sit here contemplating all my blessings I smile know that today is going to be another N.O.P.E day. I am breathing easier. I have more stamina when I jog and wayyy more energy during my workouts.
I want to thank God for giving all the graces that have crossed my path throughout my life.
I am truly blessed.
