Saturday Freedom Train!!!!

Good Morning Exers. It's another beautiful morning in the south, and I haven't checked my lottery tickets yet, but when I do, and discover that I've won the over half a billion $$$s, I'll come get you all next week with a REAL train, how bout' that? LOL The engines have been warming since I've been talking silly, so lets get the old girl on the track. Oh, speaking of old girls.....I celebrated my first smoke-free bday yesterday. Happy first breath free bday to me!!! Okay then, lets go pick up Spiritgirl, Cris. Cris sounds like a beautiful person inside and out. She is a mom of 3 children, and is a holistic healer. Come join the party Cris, this train is awaiting your arrival at your platform so that we can celebrate your first milestone with you, 50 days!!!! whoo hoo!!!!! Also at the first big one is Blooming Ivy. We turn the train toward West Michigan to collect this spiritual gal. She lists her skills as mediator and casa. Other than that we don't know much about Blooming Ivy except that she has a great way to ignore cravings and memories: exercise. Come on board Blooming Ivy, and let us celebrate with you. Off to New york. (Waves at JoJo as we approach :), dbaker.....donna......donna baker......dee baker, get it? Just so happens that da  baker, donna loves to bake. She makes AWESOME brownies. Donna is working on her second long-term quit, and at 200 days!!! looks she is solidly on her way again, WTG Donna!!!!! Only thing is, get your butt back on the site. We miss talking to you. I love the way donna talks, a 60's kid, like me, all the way. Come on pretty woman, get up on the train, sit up front with me, and lets cruise this baby around the country for a while because:
