Name three things that helped you re-learn things without smokes

Re-learning is challenging when you don't know how to do it.  Please share with me three things that you did that helped you re-learn things.  My biggest weakness is in the morning.  The routine was to get up, brush my teeth get a cup of coffee then go out to the garage for a smoke (or two), go back in, put on my face, go back to the garage and have a smoke, go back in and do my hair, go back to the garage for one more smoke...go back in get dressed then grab my smokes and head to the car.  Light up another smoke on my way to work then one more before I get to work.  Don't do that anymore and it's tough to do things without my routine.

Now, I still do my things in order but don't go out to the garage.
