Hi everyone!!!

I am on day 12 no smoking but on day 2 of no NRT... I took the patch off at 8:37 Thursday night and have not looked back... I haven't been on here to much today because I' ve been on a road trip to STL, Mo. and its about 2 hrs away... I went with some one that has 6 day's quit now and it was so nice... One thing we did see is that we got hot fast because we didn't put the window down to smoke so we had to turn the heat down...
