So, I saw an older lady standing outside of a store today, with an oxygen tank connected to a tube which was connected to her face. She was pulling the oxygen tubes out of her nose, taking a big drag off a cigarette, coughing her guts out, struggling to take another drag.....you get the point. Uggggg.....so glad I'm over those damn things. And if you stay quit, you will be happy too!!! For all you newbies, stick with it. The rewards definitely outweigh the struggle it takes to get here.
