I've hit that spot in my quit that I hate. It's the spot where I would usually lose my quit. I was doing well till I had my week off for Christmas. For one thing I ate too much and didn't get much exercise so needless to say in the last 2 weeks I went from 186 to 192. It's getting a little uncomfortable. I'm feeling more depressed lately(I usually get depressed this time of year cuz it gets colder and I can't grow any plants outside, after all I am a farmer at heart) to top it off financially it is bad (could be worse) I'm not eating a lot at work but when I get home I'm the packman. my wife is working a lot of evenings so there is a loneliness issue, she's also got some health issues that could be serious but she has to see more doctors so we don't really know. to top it off I'm still wandering here in nomans land( thought I was out) to make it short I'm depressed cuz i'm eating so much and I'm eating so much cuz I'm depressed. Any suggestions( that don't involve spending money) from anyone whose been thru this would be appreciated. just feel like I'm on the edge of a blade and I don't want to fall the wrong way.
