well here I am at 28 days quit and still going strong. these last 4 weeks have been a wonderful new learning experience for me. I have made many new friends and I think I may have actually helped some people out.But I need to say that I don't think I would have gotten this far without the help of all of you. so from the bottom of my heart I say thank you and God bless you all. I think I will stay quit for another 28 days....and another....and another...and another...and another...............
