                        🙂 Happy Hump Day EXERS, a lot to get to this morning. We will be moving through 7 states to pick up our honorees. The wheels are already spinning, so we are ready to start the day's adventures ... here we go:) "You can't change anything until you change your mind" Sound familiar? These are words spoken by Jonescarp ( Dale ) who is at the 1800 day marker today.He is a resident of Oceanside, California .. lush with beautiful mountains and beaches. The Golden State has been home to a few notables. Joe Di Maggio, Marilyn Monroe and Robert Redford, just to name a few. Jonesie, step on up and join the cheering. We are celebrating your ASH-KICKIN skills .. CONGRATS to you my friend. Next up is the Empire State, where Mickey Rooney, Lucille Ball, and Mr. Bogart hailed from. We are here in New York City to get our friend, jojo, she  loves the beach and writing. Her husband, kids and family are her world. From her page is written, "to grow old and wise, you first have to go through stupid" Good sound advice:) We are here for you jojo. 400 days of FREEDOM are your's today. Step on up and take a seat. Your buddies are anxious to party with you. WTG!!!!  The Beehive state is nEXt, where a single mom of 4 calls home. Utah ( from the Ute tribe meaning..people of the mountains ) home to The Osmond's as well is where we will find smokerof14years. Come on board and celebrate your 200 days with us:) The Volunteer state is where we are now, from the Yuchi Indian word Tanna-see meaning meeting place it is where Aretha Franklin, Dolly Parton and Justin Timberlake have once called home. Tennessee is where a new TDC member is about to climb on up and receive his applause for 100 smoke free days. TCBsmith has a great sense of humor and is "really good at having dumb luck" WOOHOO to you TCB!! Gigi is also joining the TDC today. She has 100 days of not smoking behind her, We are in the Wolverine state of Michigan where Gigi enjoys spending time with her family. Hop on up and join us, CONGRATS to you !!!!! The Buckeye State of Ohio, Cincinnati to be EXact is where Sinomen plays video games,plays cards and loves spending time with her hubby, 3 kids and 2 dogs. Oh, and let's not forger to mention SHOES, LOL!! Let's party Sinomen, you have 50 days of FREEDOM WTG girl!!!!! Our last stop finds us in the Grand Canyon state of Arizona where Dianehall is celebrating her first 50 smoke free days. Hop on up Diane and join the party, High Fives for you!!! I am hungry. I need to make sure that the Dining Car is ready to open. COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE ... and I will be one happy camper.
