Thanks to all of you who wrote on my post yesterday. I feel a great sense of accomplishment and I love the way I feel. This past week I was a little hard for my husband to deal with but I am getting better. All I can see now is how great my life is going to be without smoking. My husband has also quit smoking and is doing very well. But he is wearing a patch but he has been wearing the patch for a couple weeks and he is already gone from step 1 to step 2. I am glad I am doing it without anything, it is hard but my will power and determination is strong this time and will remain strong. I hope you all have a good day. I feel Great on my day 8 lol!!!
