Nicotine Free!!

Yesterday was my quit date for lozenges.  The medicine has worked and I went all day yesterday without any nicotine.  I think that is remarkable.  Yesterday was also 12 weeks without smoking.  Wish me luck and give me any and all advice on NRT cessation.  I know one thing, it's hard to quit, it's not easy.  But I also know that cravings pass whether you smoke or not.  I am in no man's land but I don't think of going back.  Thanks for reading!
