| Happy Halloween Everybody! Before I do anything I've just got to thank everyone for coming to the Halloween party is such a big way! Fabulous costumes frightfully delicious food and lots fun! I love Halloween (so does Marcie) and it was obvious that there are several more of you out there! If you are doing something special today, be safe, have fun and be smoke free! Ckpoe has been working from sun up to down but has maintained his quit to 100 days! Way to go man! Kaylie should be very proud of herself to kicking cigarettes to the curb at the age of 20. You will so happy and healthy Kaylie and my hat is off to you for reaching 100 smoke free days! An finally there is Lanie. Although she has been missing for quite a long time perhaps she is still reading the blogs and will see her own name here. Lanie we are celebrating your 300 days milestones. Hope to see you!
