WEDNESDAY'S FREEDOM TRAIN

                               ☺Good morning friends, as we begin our day, let's remember our fellow EXERS who are going through struggles at the moment and keep them in our thoughts. The engines are warmed and I am ready to take us onto new adventures today, We are traveling to the beautiful state of North Carolina, I have been to the Outer Banks there and found it to be a friendly place to visit. A retired Special Education teacher , who now teaches part time loves traveling and delving into books. She has two cats and dogs and volunteers at the Make A wish Foundation. She is none other than our dear Strudel who is celebrating 500 days of Kickin' Ash today. Kathy, step on up and have a seat nEXt to those who are here to take part in your day. CONGRATULATIONS to you♥  Our nEXt honoree enters the TDC with 100 days of non smoking. She is a resident in Missouri who enjoys her time with family and friends. She is into all things nautical. Nauticalnut hop on up and gather with us, we are happy to join in on your celebration. WTG Joy♥ Our final stop is in Maryland where a married lady and mother of three calls home. She enjoys spending time with her family and trying out new recipes for them. She has replaced her time spent smoking with being healthier and working out. melli come on board and let us cheer you on for your first 50 days of FREEDOM! High Fives to you♥ I do hope that you take the time each and everyday to reflect on what you already have been blessed with. When you end the struggle  the gratitude begins.
