Hey there you all! I Hope you are enjoying your day!

You may notice that there is a bit of a theme running through today's blog. Take note of how many years our honorees smoked before their quits. The moral of this story is that no matter how long you have smoked you can quit!

Sylvia (Gypsy) quit after 30 years of smoking and has now reached her 1 anniversary milestone! Yep, 365 days! She credits listening and taking suggestions for her life's improvements. Happy Anniversary Sylvia!

And now, please help me welcome Tatumferguson. Tatum smoked for 24 years, had a heart attack and at age 36 quit smoking. Congratulations for 300 smoke free days Tatum! We sure hope you are able to get away to celebrate.

Mike22815 has 3 daughters who are his whole world. But after building up to 3 packs a day to 30 years Mike quit for himself and now has 100 smoke free days behind him! Way to go Mike and welcome to the Triple Digit Club!

Let's go pick up someone who smoked for 35 years. She has attempted quitting numerous times but this time Lisa11209 really did the prep work and has reached her first 50 days! I'm certain that most of you “know” Lisa as she goes about the site helping others. Woohoo for you!

Welcome aboard everybody! Anytime of year is good to be smoke free but this is a beautiful time of year. I hope all your Autumn days are filled with beauty as well as crisp and clear air to breathe. Celebrate!!!

This Train is bound for FREEDOM from the great Evils of tobacco and smoking!!
