So today was very interesting, I was craving a lot today. So I kind of focused on the” what if’s” when I wasn’t occupied with day to day life. If I smoked how I would feel or if I did could I get back on the bandwagon. I finally just said “STOP” with all the….’ what if’s” so…… I went on with my day, went to the Rockies game (took my granddaughter) what made me feel good I was able to walk up all the stairs to the 3rd floor without stopping on each level I was so proud of myself (after I caught my breath) With all the walking I did today, I was exhausted . I still craved throughout the day. And somehow I got through it, It just goes to show you that no matter how hard the cravings are or what is going on you can get through it.

At first I was trying to figure out why I was having a craving like…………… I had more than my one cup of coffee or………. my dinner was worthy of an after dinner cig.  CRAZY……. HUH?

 

 I know that no cigarette is worth my life.

 

Okay so the other crazy thing that I realized today is that my clock is off by 12 hours (feeling dingy) that is an easy fix although my computer won’t let me fix it. I will fix it, I feel like I am lying to myself. CRAZY…….HUH?
