I only really notice it when I am sitting very still.   I am 29 and I do realize that I am young but smoking affects everyone at every age.  I  have been smoking since I was 13.  at that age it was just a couple a week.  at 16 it was 5 or 10 a day.  from 17 on it was a pack a day.  so for 12 years I was a pack a day smoker.  I always said that I wanted to quit before I was 30.  So I made my stupid deadline big deal.  The health affects of smoking are not reversible.  Should I go get  a lung x ray?    I keep reading stories of people who were young that found a lump or  a bump and thought nothing of it and it ended up fatal for them.  I wish I would have never smoked.  I m sure we all feel that way.  Do your lungs actuallly repair them selves?
