Me in a yoga practice is what is funny. Would I be doing that if I had not quit smoking? Probably not,,,, My wife invited me to go 4 weeks ago and I have not missed a session since. She has not been able to make it back. So while we are doing our relaxation at the end what do you think pops into my head? YOU GUYS! Really were pleasant thoughts. I thought about how everyone brings something different here, and it is all good except for the spammers. And thanks to the diligence of some experienced EXERS, that has been under control lately. But what is great is that everyone brings something. We learn from each other, and we help each other, and the combination locks on our freedom that we call our brains, have their tumblers dropped and opened not by one set of hands of a safe cracker, but by the many many post, comments, prayers and words of encouragement that come across our computer screens, and into our hearts, minds and souls. We pick and choose what is right for our own quit. We find our way through the maze and we are able to unlock our brain and find our freedom. I've been wanting to say this for a while, but actually the first EXER I think of when I am groaning to get a pose or trying not to fall over, or trying to remember my left from my right, is,,,,,,, JoJo. I remember some of her earlier blogs about Yoga, I sent an message to her the first time I got back from class, and I told her " Resting Pigeon My A$$, that was painful!!!!" Of course she replied with her unquenchable enthusiam and good cheer, and I'm sure you know that she was LMAO.LMAO. Any one who ever had a message from her or read her blog would understand me when I say that every time I read her post comment or message, it was like a puppy jumping up in my lap and licking me in the face!! I miss her and I hope that she can come back soon. Ok gotta go, but here is the best bumper sticker I saw last weekend at the beach. " What would Scooby Doo? Everyone have a great night.......
