hi, I am Becca-thirty-something and have been a smoker for over 1/2 my life.
I have almost quit again
I have quit before with the use of the patch, but I never quit the patch and found mself smoking again!
This time around, i eliminated drinking alcohol from my life first- so that will not lead me back to smoking again!
Still, i am a wreck!!!! This is crazy. I cannot wait until this passes- or for my husband to come home. he is still smoking!!!!!
What to do?
