I made a list titled: Why I Quit Smoking

In preparation for Quit Day, I'm going to post this list in my room, and make copies to keep in my purse and around the house.

WHY I QUIT SMOKING:

-I want to breathe and have more energy.

-I can't afford it and I want to stop worrying how I'll get my next pack.

-I don't want blood clots, heart disease, emphysema, bronchitis, and lung or mouth cancer.

(I'm on birth control, and smoking highly increases my risk for blood clots and heart problems)

-I won't let a drug control my life.

-I don't want to smoke around Lilly, Adrianne, Jayden, or Marley

(Lilly and Jayden will be born in April, and Adrianne and Marley are 1 year old. These are my 4 best friend's children, and the last thing I want if for me to smoke around them and endanger their health.)

-I want to smell good.

-My room, my clothes, and my car will smell GOOD.

-Yellow teeth are not attractive.

-I want to prove to myself that I can do this.

-I want to be a NON-SMOKER!
