I appreciate everyone that responded to my last post- Man what a boost!! I was having a really difficult time last night thinking about having a cigarette. It was one of those lonely ,cold, blustery nights and the thought of a cigarette seemed like a way to comfort myself- then it occurred to me- what if I started back just before things were about to get really better?? So i didn't smoke- and today I feel like some clouds have lifted! We have a saying in another group "Dont leave before the miracle happens"- that is for sure- I think back on when I couldn't imagine going a day without nicotine! Thanks for everyones help!!
