Nose Bleeds and quitting smoking.

Since I stopped smoking I have been having this stuffy, itchy nose. I have been sneezing too. My b/f had a shock when I blew my nose. A tiny bit of blood came onto the tissue. I wanna rub and scratch so bad but I am affraid it might make it worse. My b/f Googled information about it and read that smoking can make the inside of your nose very dry causing it to scab a bit and when you quit the inside of your nose starts healing straight away.

This reminds me of when I was much younger: I had like a 2 hour nose bleed that landed me in the hospital for two hours waiting for a doc on call. When he checked it out a blob of blood came out and fell onto the carpet. He was a bit stumped as to what caused it but we all figured it may had been because I had either been picking or blowing it too much.

Another factor to my current nose issue could be that it is spring time where I am at the moment and that there is a lot of pollen is flying around in the atmosphere. For me it could either be one or the other or both that and my quitting smoking.

I first started smoking in around 2008 after a horrendous break up. I don't know why I did in the first place. I resent this decision to this date. Now I am free and continue to stay off the cigs! I currently work as a kitchenhand and write music!
