One more day before the final quit

I continue to drop the number of cigarettes I smoke. Yesterday was 9, thanks in part to the horrendous train wreck that is "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" Yes, I used a reality television marathon to help keep the nicodemons at bay. I'm not sure what to think about that, but it worked and that's all that matters!

I have 7 cigarettes left. When the pack is gone, I am done. My journey toward becoming an ex will have begun. I believe I have done everything to give myself the advantage I need to beat this. I decided to go with the patch, since it has been my friend in the past. Although I know this lengthens the process, because the full withdrawl will be in 8 weeks when the cycle is over, I'd rather it be then when I am off for the summer and can sleep the withdrawl off and do whatever I want, rather than be confined to a classroom with 20 something children when it fully hits.

Good luck to everyone on a successful no-smoke day. I look forward to joining you tomorrow!
