Since I'm so afraid of the "R" word (relapse), I am going to make the next few days into a record/journal.
I will be using the 2mg Nic gum three times a day: 9am, 2pm and 6pm.
The journal will include things like what I feel like when I have a craving, what I do to get through it, how much throughout the day I am thinking about smoking, how I feel physically and emotionally and what my thoughts are about all of this. I have to start somewhere.
I'm not planning to relapse but if I do, then I will have more tools and better knowledge for when I try again.
