Help please

It is difficult for me to ask for help, and I know I'll need help with this.  This is day 2 cold turkey, only because I have a sinus infection and am taking advantage of not being able to breathe properly to quit smoking.  I am/was a closet smoker, preferring to smoke in private away from judgmental eyes so asking for support would render comments I prefer not to hear.  However, I am reaching out to the Ex community for help because I would like to come out of the closet a non smoker and not smelling like one.  Reading through the other blogs have been very encouraging for me and I'ld like to throw my hat in.
