how do we do this, first of all we have faith we can do it, second we set a date and prepare if you can prepapre, then we do it, for me it feels like losing my best friend, it was my friend when i was cleaning house, i would work then take a break and have a cig, then when things got tough, stress sets in where it be fear, someone is sick or not doing well, or things just plain arent't going our way, we don't like that well where do we go that best friend he doesn't talk back he just gives us peace,(or so we think) he also gives us (cancer, emphysemea) bronchititis LADIES he gives us wrinkeles, we certainly don't need that. Next we come to the reality --stress doesn't really go away it is just abated for a short time and we have done damage to our beautiful bodies. the next deadly step is it gives us the ability to think we don't feel bad anymore, we hide our feeling under that veil of smoke, feelings are meant to be felt not covered up, we must feel them sooner or later so lets get it over with don't cover it with cigs, a false sense of it will be o.k. now cause nothing has changed except out health, let's all stay healthy and feel just for today, bobbie
