well as we all say " im going to quit! this is the first time that i well put my self out here like this, and the reason is that im ready for the suport. that is a good step for me to do. im 32 years old and i want to live to see my kids and there kids and so on, dont we all? i dont want to out live every memmber of my family. i just want to be able to say to anyone who wants to hear me, iv lived my life and these are the things i did and went through. and one thing im most proud of would be my kids...so from here on ill take my time to take the steps to quit smoking for the rest of my life...
