Day 3 Thoughts

OK, I'm on Day 3 now. Had a few moments yesterday when I had strong cravings but like I've read over and over in here, they passed. I walked, or got busy and they went away before I knew it. I talked to my sister last night who quit smoking about 10 years ago. I told her I finally did it again and because there's a lot of crap going on in our family lately, she said it was probably the worst time to do it. I got to thinking after she made that comment, Is there ever a good time? Is there ever a time when there isn't a lot of crap going on? Is there ever a time when you don't have stress? What do people who don't smoke do when they have this stuff going on? Lots of times when I've tried to quit before, I've let this be my excuse and no more. Nothing can keep me from being a non-smoker for life. I have to RE-LEARN how to live life without that poison and there are lots of people who have done it so why can't I? I CAN! Thanks to all of you who are here for me.
