After many many failed attempts at quitting, I have come to a do or die time in my life. I can't keep kidding myself by saying "it won't happen to me." I am a hospice nurse. "IT" (smoking related illness and death) can happen to ANYONE. Shame on me for taking for granted this lovely life of mine.

So here we go....No excuses.
