O.K. I just began the becoming an ex program. This is a great start! The first three days are strictly tracking my cigarettes, then I am going to separate them. I am not quitting yet and I wouldn't be able to if I tried. I am going to try to keep it to a minimum though. I don't want to be highly addicted like I was.. and today I have smoked the most I have in a long time. 11 cigarettes. I feel the disgusting toxins in my body now and it makes me wish I was back to the days I was smoke free. There is nothing I can do now because I am back unfortunately. However, I will get through this and thank you to everyone that is so supportive I wouldn't have the motivation with out this place.
