My first day on the EX Plan is almost over. I've learned so much. First, I learned how awesome everyone is on EX. All the support has really helped me get through. Second, I learned,(with the exception of coffee) that my triggers are a lot less frequent in the morning. Which makes it easier for me to go with out a cig after waking up. I've tracked my triggers and cigs. They became more frequent as the day progressed. I had 6 cigarettes today. Which is 14 less than I usually smoke a day. YAY!!! I'm proud of myself. I'm hoping I can resist the bed time smoke later tonight. By following the EX Plan I'm hoping to smoke one or two less tomorrow. Wish me luck everyone! I pray all of you are doing well today. From what it looks like around here, you guys are rocking the no smoking. I told my husband that I feel like I have a strong support group on here and it has helped so much. Its a place of honestly, support, and success. Good night guys! I look forward to reading more success stories tomorrow!
